1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Framiq ("the Service"), including the website at framiq.app, the web application at platform.framiq.app, and the Framiq Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Framiq is an AI-powered marketing asset generator for SaaS products. The Service allows you to provide a product URL and/or screenshots, from which it generates marketing materials including social media posts, ad creatives, OG images, and other visual assets. The Service also allows you to connect third-party social media accounts and publish generated content directly to those platforms.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing materials
• Capture screenshots of content you do not have permission to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Use connected social media accounts to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates the platform's terms of service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of the URLs, screenshots, and other content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of generating assets.

Generated assets. Marketing assets generated by the Service are owned by you. You may use them for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of generated assets. When you publish content to a third-party platform via the Service, that content becomes subject to the platform's own terms and content policies.

Our service. The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Framiq. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.

6. Pricing & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated assets will be suitable for any particular purpose, free of errors, or compliant with any specific advertising platform's policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms in response to content published via the Service, including but not limited to post removals, account restrictions, or policy violations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
